Summary: My husband and I stayed at the Hôtel Étoile Maillot on Oct 22 to Oct 25, 2025. HOTEL: The hotel lobby decor was warm and inviting, with its many coloured warm hues. The dining area was clean, nicely decorated and cozy, with a lot of natural light coming from the extra large window. The elevator had relaxing somber blue light, and spa music. WOW! The honesty bar in the dining room was very thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you!! There is also umbrellas, free of charge that you can borrow (lobby door). ROOM: The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious with contemporary style furniture and decorations. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. I liked that the toilet had its own enclosure with a door. Awesome! Also, the bathroom amenities weren't lacking, and I liked the heated towel rack. STAFF: ALL staff were very sympathetic, kind, friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. It is always nice when staff members try to do what they can to make you feel like your at home. BRAVO!! FOOD (breakfast): A wonderful breakfast with a variety of food and beverage choices. I appreciated the whole fresh fruit. A big shout out goes out to Rita and Rahul for their wonderful morning custom made omelettes, and also for their conversations and contagious laughter. They are like rays of sunshine!! :-D PROXIMITY: The hotel is situated in walking distance to the RER, the Paris metro, Arc de Triomphe, Av. des Champs-Élysées, and to many restaurants. :-D

Summary: The place was quaint, the food was good, the decor was very nice, and the principal lady at the dining area was very kind. Didn't like that the room was very small; didn't look at all like the picture, the elevator could barely fit two people. I'd actually grade this hotel 3.5. Nobody seemed to be attentive to customers, as in other hotels we've been to. Taxi was ordered for us by concierge and apparently known to concierge who also didn't think to ask for someone who accepted credit card; taxi did not seem official as there was no meter and charged us a lot more than the taxi that we originally took when we arrived to Paris.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Etoile Maillot. The rooms were very clean and comfortable; the breakfast was great and the service staff friendly and very accommodating. The Hotel is close to the center of Paris. The Metro is just a few steps away and the front desk staff were super helpful. Paris was great!
